Returns & Cancellations
All of our wines at Essere Franco are guaranteed to be shipped in perfect condition from the winery. Sometimes a bottle just is not right or you may feel the bottle is corked or flawed in some way. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a quick call at 707-339-8019 so we can help you with your return. We will replace or refund for you any bottle of wine that is damaged, corked, flawed in any way or that you find unsatisfactory. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle and the original cork for replacement. Please do not send an empty bottle, we will need the liquid inside as Tom will love to geek out on it!
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed in some way. We are also unable to accept a return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Once the wine is received we will give you the choice of having a replacement bottle sent if we still have available stock of that vintage, a new vintage of the same bottle or a full refund for the flawed product.
If you have decided to cancel your shipment after it leaves the winery, please send back the wines to the winery for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
